Rexburg Trip

About a month ago my mom called and told me my dad was getting an award for farmer of the year. Of course I wanted to come home for my dad so I told her we would figure out a way and we would come over for it. Brayden had school and work so I got the car packed up and me and Madi drove home, I was a little nervous but she did great! She had a nap, and then watched movies the rest of the way there. We didn't even have to stop (I said a lot of prayers along the way-I really didn't want to stop by myself!!)

Madi was so excited to see her cousins when we walked in the door-I didn't even see her for the next 45 min. Of course they played dress up and danced to "let it go" Avy and Madi wanted to sleep in the same bed every night, they started out together but didn't make it 10 min together.  There is something  about papa rob that Madi loves! She is always asking him to play candy land, hide n seek, blowing her hair dry, watching him in his airplane, or Madi needing him to "come on" to show him who knows what! These two share a special little bond. 

It is fun being home and with all our family and we love when we have excuses to come over for!!
