We had a special little visitor come to our house-Suzie. She is our elf and we love her. She is so silly, she is always hiding somewhere fun when we wake up! Madi loves to find her and we are only brave enough to tell Suzie what we want for Christmas (we can hardley look at Santa without being a little scared) Madi helped put up the tree this year and she still has her own branch that she keeps redecorating with the "jewels" This is the first time that we can talk about Santa and she is kind of understanding what is going to happen. We have watched the Grinch, both Home Alone's, Frosty the Snowman and Polar Express plenty of times this year:)
Brayden signed us up for our ward co-ed volleyball....we went one time and of course Brayden was the best so he was trying to show how awesome he is and spiked the ball down and landed on his ankle spraining it. He has the weakest ankles;) Madi was a good little nurse making sure he had enough ice and that she didnt get to close. He healed up a lot faster than we thought!! To celebrate him feeling better we went to Big Juds in Boise. Madi loved the giant hamburger, she kept saying it's as big as my head!
We had a major snow storm come through and Madi loved it! She kept running to the window to make sure it was still coming down. We got in snow clothes like every other hour to run around in it and then there was finally enough to make a little sleding hill. She went down around 50 times and loved every time (even when she faced planted) her laugh was killing us! It was to much fun!!
The rest of the month we have spent at different Christmas light shows, shopping, baking cookies with my little helper and just counting down the days until santa comes!!
